About the event
Clare Arts presents, a live performance Ri-ra Cois Tra. Taking place on the streets of Kilkee along with a Halloween Fancy Dress Parade and finishing up with a gig at the bandstand.
This public event is free of charge, so join in the fun and get your fancy dress costume ready to be on parade.
