Kilkee Town Council Partnerships
Kilkee Town Council works in partnership with many community organisations for the betterment of Kilkee. Members of Kilkee Town Council are represented on various voluntary committees including: Kilkee Civic TrustThe Kilkee Civic Trust was set up in November 2001 to nourish the built, spoken and environmental heritage of Kilkee. The trust has undertaken many projects in co-operation with various bodies such as Clare County Council, Kilkee Town Council, the Church of Ireland, the World Ocean Rowing Society and Kilkee Tidy Towns. The members of the Kilkee Civic Trust are: Tom Byrne, Richard Collins, Mary Donnelly, James Furlong, Michael Houlihan, Joan Houlihan, Patrick Keane, John Nolan, John Williams. The objectives of the civic trust are as follows:
Kilkee Town Council in association with Clare County Council will liaise
regularly with Kilkee Civic Trust Ltd. and will give every assistance
possible to the Civic Trust in order for it to fulfil its aims and objectives. |
